| 4 tbsp. brown sugar | 2 cloves garlic, minced | |
| 1/2 tsp. sesame oil | 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon | |
| 1/3 cup soy sauce | 1/2 cup Sherry | |
| grated ginger | 24 chicken wings | |
| dash of hot oil | ||
| Mix all the ingredients together except for the wings. Place the wings in a large glass bowl and add the marinade. Let the wings marinate overnight, if not longer. The longer they marinate, the better the flavor. Bake the wings in a 400 degree oven until they are tender, about 35 minutes. Serve. | ||
