This mix of vegetables is easy to fix, nutritious
and
may even convince people who hate broccoli
to enjoy it.

| 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch sticks | 1 tsp lemon juice | |
| 1/2 lb. broccoli, broken into flowerettes | 1 Tbsp prepared mustard | |
| 1/2 lb. rutabaga, peeled and cut into 2 inch sticks | ||

| Bring the vegetables to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain. | ||
| Pour the lemon juice and mustard over the vegetables, mix and serve. | ||
