This mix of vegetables is easy to fix, nutritious
may even convince people who hate broccoli to enjoy it.

|3 carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch sticks||1 tsp lemon juice|
|1/2 lb. broccoli, broken into flowerettes||1 Tbsp prepared mustard|
|1/2 lb. rutabaga, peeled and cut into 2 inch sticks|
|Bring the vegetables to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain.|
|Pour the lemon juice and mustard over the vegetables, mix and serve.|
