Marinated swordfish

Serves 4

| 4 medium swordfish steaks | 1/2 cup olive oil | |
| 4 tbsp. soy sauce | 1/2 cup Sherry | |
| freshly grated ginger | 1 tsp. grated orange peel | |
| 2 tsp. dill weed | ||
| Place the swordfish into a medium bowl. In
a small bowl mix
the remaining ingredients and pour
over the fish. Let marinate overnight.
Place the steaks on a hot charcoal
fire and cook each side approximately
7 minutes. This will depend on the
thickness of the steaks and the intensity
of the fire. Remove and serve. |
