|4 medium swordfish steaks||1/2 cup olive oil|
|4 tbsp. soy sauce||1/2 cup Sherry|
|freshly grated ginger||1 tsp. grated orange peel|
|2 tsp. dill weed|
|Place the swordfish into a medium bowl. In
a small bowl mix
the remaining ingredients and pour
over the fish. Let marinate overnight.
Place the steaks on a hot charcoal
fire and cook each side approximately
7 minutes. This will depend on the
thickness of the steaks and the intensity
of the fire. Remove and serve.
