I cooked a turkey and made the following dressing. The guests raved about it so here's the recipe. I
made my own bread cubes by removing a small loaf of bread from the freezer and slicing it into small
cubes. I then placed the cubes into a pan and placed it in the oven at 250 degrees for about two hours.
Every half hour or so I stirred the cubes. I turned off the oven and let the dried bread sit for another hour.

Turkey dressing for 1 turkey
2 Tbsp olive oil 1 stalk celery, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion. chopped
1/2 tsp sage 2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp dried thyme 8 cups bread cubes
1 tsp dried rosemary
Heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat and saute the garlic until pungent
Crush the spices in a mortar and pestle and add them to the garlic along with
the onion and celery. Cook until the vegetables are soft and add the broth to
the pan. Bring to a boil and pour the mixture over the bread cubes and stir
until the texture is that of stuffing. You may need to add some water. Place
the stuffing in a pan in the oven during the last hour of cooking the turkey.
