Steelhead looks a bit like salmon, but it's really trout. Maybe they're cousins.

steelhead trout with almonds xxxxxx serves 4
4 steelhead trout filets (about 1 lb.) 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
prepared mustard 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the filets in a small baking pan and spread the mustard over the trout.
Sprinkle the almonds on top, followed by the bread crumbs. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
