Steelhead looks a bit like salmon, but it's
really trout. Maybe they're cousins.
|steelhead trout with almonds||xxxxxx||serves 4|
|4 steelhead trout filets (about 1 lb.)||1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted|
|prepared mustard||1/4 cup bread crumbs|
|Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the filets in a small baking pan and spread the mustard over the trout.|
|Sprinkle the almonds on top, followed by the bread crumbs. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.|
