If you don't like shark, try this appetizer. You may change your mind.
Serves 6 as an appetizer
|1 lb. shark||1/2 cup olive oil|
|4 tbsp. soy sauce||1/2 cup Sherry|
|freshly grated ginger||1 tsp. grated orange peel|
|2 tsp. dill weed|
|Cut the shark into shishabob size pieces and place into a medium sized bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the fish. Cover and let marinate overnight. Thread metal skewers with the shark and place on a hot charcoal fire and cook approximately 6 minutes, turning until done.|
