Grilled shark

Serves 6 as an appetizer

| 1 lb. shark | 1/2 cup olive oil | |
| 4 tbsp. soy sauce | 1/2 cup Sherry | |
| freshly grated ginger | 1 tsp. grated orange peel | |
| 2 tsp. dill weed | ||
| Cut the shark into shishabob size pieces and place into a medium sized bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the fish. Cover and let marinate overnight. Thread metal skewers with the shark and place on a hot charcoal fire and cook approximately 6 minutes, turning until done. | ||
