If you don't like shark, try this appetizer. You may change your mind.

Grilled shark
Serves 6 as an appetizer
1 lb. shark 1/2 cup olive oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 cup Sherry
freshly grated ginger 1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. dill weed
Cut the shark into shishabob size pieces and place into a medium sized bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the fish. Cover and let marinate overnight. Thread metal skewers with the shark and place on a hot charcoal fire and cook approximately 6 minutes, turning until done.
