I made this seafood pasta a while ago and
thought I'd share it with you. Marinating
the salmon with the soy sauce and grilling it makes the dish even more tantalizing.
|penne pasta with salmon & asparagus|
|8 oz. penne pasta||1 tsp fresh ground ginger|
|water||2 # salmon file|
|1 clove garlic, minced||1 tsp soy sauce|
|1/4 cup olive oil||1/2 # asparagus, trimmed and cut into penne length pieces|
|Cook pasta according to package directions.
Over low heat, saute garlic in olive
for 3 minutes. Add
ginger. Saute for 2 minutes more. Brush salmon with soy and broil in heated 350 degree oven for 7
minutes. Steam asparagus for 3 minutes. Drain pasta, add asparagus, salmon and garlic oil. Serve.
