|Russian potato salad||x||serves 6|
|5 large potatoes||6 radishes, sliced|
|3 dill pickles, sliced||1 cup Russian dressing|
|Wash the potatoes and quarter each. Place
in a large pot and add water to cover.
until potatoes are soft, about twenty minutes. Drain and cool. When cool, cube potatoes
and put into a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir. Refrigerate overnight. Serve.
