This simple pasta recipe can be made with
whatever type you have.
I liked it the first time I made it. On the second attempt, it seemed as
if it was missing something. I simply added a bit more dressing.
|rotini with tomatoes and olives||xxxxx||serves 4|
|1 lb rotini pasta||2 tomatoes|
|1 lb broccoli crowns||1/2 cup Italian dressing|
|12 black olives, sliced||fresh ground pepper|
|Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain. Separate broccoli into
bite-size pieces. Cover with water, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer
for 3 minutes. Drain. Cut tomatoes in half and slice into sections. In a large
bowl, mix all the ingredients. Season with fresh ground pepper. Serve.
