Raspberry dressing
|
makes 2 cups |
| 1/2 cup canola oil | 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard |
| 1/3 cup maple syrup | freshly ground pepper |
| 1 tbsp. dried tarragon | 1/2 cup olive oil |
| 1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar | |
| In a small bowl mix all the ingredients,
whisking until the ingredients are blended or use a blender. |
