Raspberry dressing
 makes 2 cups
   
1/2 cup canola oil 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup maple syrup freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. dried tarragon 1/2 cup olive oil
 1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar
   
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients, whisking
until the ingredients are blended or use a blender.
