Broccoli pasta salad

Serves 6 |
| 1/2 cup frozen sweet peas | 1/2 cup mayonnaisse |
| 2 stalks broccoli, separated | 1 Tbsp horseradish |
| 1 lb. elbow macaroni | freshly ground pepper |
| 1/2 half cucumber, sliced | 1/2 cup olive oil |
| 1 Tbsp dried basil | 1/2 teaspoon tumeric |
| 2 Tbsp prepared mustard | |
| Place the peas in a colander and run cold water over to thaw. Drain in colander. Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes and drain. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain. In a large bowl, mix the peas, macaroni, broccoli and the remaining ingredients. Refrierate for 2 hours. Serve. | |
