Music brings so much inspiration and joy into people's
lives. You can't fight if you're singing or dancing.

The song, "Joyful, Joyful" from the soundtrack of the movie,
Sister Act II starring Whoopi Goldberg, really rocks. The St.
Francis Choir helps out and you can experience the fusion of
pop, gospel, classical music, rap, rock as well as music from a
movie soundtrack all at the same time. Henry van Dyke wrote
the poem, "Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee in 1907", which is
identified as "Ode to Joy" of the last movement of Symphony
Number Nine
by Ludwig van Beethoven.

"Music belongs to the proletariat, to the sleeping child in
her mother's arms, to the poor patrons of local cafes,
and to the dispossessed. Music, in its final form, has no
body that can be enslaved and sold." - Walter Mosley
