This next recipe is simple and delicious.
|garlic cauliflower||xx||serves 4|
|1 large cauliflower||2 tbsp olive oil|
|water||1/2 cup bread crumbs|
|2 cloves garlic, minced|
|Separate the cauliflower into flowerettes.
In a large pan, cover the cauliflower
water, bring to a
boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove cauliflower to a serving dish. Saute garlic in olive
oil until golden, add bread crumbs and stir. Pour bread crumb mixture over cauliflower and serve.
