Garlic is so aromatic, but also a great healer. This next recipe is simple and delicious.

garlic cauliflower xx serves 4

1 large cauliflower 2 tbsp olive oil
water 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
Separate the cauliflower into flowerettes. In a large pan, cover the cauliflower with water, bring to a
boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove cauliflower to a serving dish. Saute garlic in olive
oil until golden, add bread crumbs and stir. Pour bread crumb mixture over cauliflower and serve.
