Just one word of warning: cayenne pepper is fiery hot so don't use much of it. You can always make it hotter but it's difficult to lessen the intensity if you put in a tablespoon or more.
|3 tbsp. paprika||2 tbsp. garlic powder|
|cayenne pepper to taste||2 tbsp. freshly ground pepper|
|1 tbsp. dried oregano||1 tbsp. onion powder|
|1 tbsp. dried thyme|
|In a small bowl mix all the ingredients.
Transfer to a small
jar and store in a cool, dry place.
