Just one word of warning: cayenne pepper is fiery hot so don't use much of it. You can always make it hotter but it's difficult to lessen the intensity if you put in a tablespoon or more.


Creole seasoning
3 tbsp. paprika 2 tbsp. garlic powder
cayenne pepper to taste 2 tbsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. dried oregano 1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. dried thyme  
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients. Transfer to a small
jar and store in a cool, dry place.
