Almond cole slaw serves 8
1 mango 5 cups shredded cabbage
1 tbsp sugar 1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar 1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup toasted almonds
Peel the mango and dice. Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar in a small bowl.
Add to the mango and remaining ingredients, stir to blend and chill. Serve.
