|Almond cole slaw||serves 8|
|1 mango||5 cups shredded cabbage|
|1 tbsp sugar||1 cup mayonnaise|
|1/4 cup white vinegar||1 small onion, thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup toasted almonds|
|Peel the mango and dice. Dissolve the sugar
in the vinegar in a small bowl.
Add to the mango and remaining ingredients, stir to blend and chill. Serve.
