| 1 mango | 5 cups shredded cabbage | |
| 1 tbsp sugar | 1 cup mayonnaise | |
| 1/4 cup white vinegar | 1 small onion, thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 cup toasted almonds | ||

| Peel the mango and dice. Dissolve the sugar
in the vinegar in a small bowl. Add to the mango and remaining ingredients, stir to blend and chill. Serve. |
