As far as I can determine, the main difference between cajun and
creole cooking is the latter is more formal and refined. With that
in mind, I believe that cajun and creole seasoning are very similar.
|cajun zucchini||xxxxxx||serves 4|
|2 Tbsp olive oil||1 tbsp cajun seasoning|
|1 large zucchini|
|Heat oil over moderate heat in an iron skillet.
Add zucchini and cook for 2 minutes,
Add cajun seasoning, stir, lower heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes more. Serve.
