The celebration of the wedding of Lou Cipolla and Pat Thomann

The theme of the day was the summer of love (1967) and throughout the day it appeared that the rain wouldn't stay away to cloud the event. By the time the clock struck midnight, not a drop had fallen from the sky. Held at 38 Rosemary in Buffalo, the wonderful food was catered by Joe Lyons, owner of Joe's Deli on Hertel. All present experienced an unforgettable happening. The photographs that you see here were taken by the creator of this web site, Bob Swiatek. Any description in parentheses indicates the relation to the bride or groom and all those not designated are friends. The version of the song, At Last by Etta James, was played that day at the celebration.
