Apple Crisp Serves 8

6 apples, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
tsp. ground cloves whipped cream
4 tbsp. butter

In an ovenproof casserole mix apple slices with lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
In a small bowl mix butter, sugar and flour to form a crumb topping. Mix in walnuts
and sprinkle over the apples. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until apples
are tender. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
